Sweet Chilli Salmon Poke Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 piece of salmon with skin on
- 200g cooked brown rice
- ⅓ cucumber
- ½ carrot
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoons honey
- ½ avocado
- Black pepper
- Yarra Valley Hilltop Sweet Chilli Sauce
- Sesame seeds
Methods
- Prepare all of your vegetables – chop your cucumber, peel the carrot finely, and slice the avocado
- Add the salmon, soy sauce, honey and pepper to w bowl with approximately 2 tablespoons of Yarra Valley Hilltop Sweet Chilli Sauce
- Combine and add the salmon to a hot oiled pan, skin side down
- After a few minutes (when the skin is crispy) turn the salmon over and baste generously with more sweet chilli sauce
- Add the rice and vegetables to a bowl, add the salmon on top and garnish with sesame seeds and more sweet chilli sauce as desired
- Enjoy!
