Sweet Chilli Pita Pizza

Ingredients
- Pita bread
- arra Valley Hilltop Sweet Chilli Sauce
- ½ a pear
- Parmesan cheese (as much as desired)
- Bocconcini (as many as desired)
- 3 slices prosciutto
- Olive oil
Methods
- Slice the pear thinly from top to bottom
- Brush olive oil on the pita
- Arrange the pear pieces onto the pita, and brush with any remaining oil
- Sprinkle generously with grated parmesan
- Cook in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 220° or until browned
- Add the prosciutto and bocconcini to the cooked pizza
- Pour Yarra Valley Hilltop Sweet Chilli sauce over the pizza, slice and enjoy!
