Slow Cooked Barbecue Pulled Pork Sliders

Ingredients
- kg pork shoulder (or cut of your choice)
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 1 tablespoon chilli flakes
- Juice of 3 oranges
- Juice of 1 lime
- 4 garlic cloves
- Brioche buns
- Olive oil
- Coleslaw
- Yarra Valley Hilltop Barbecue Sauce
Methods
- Add the pork to the slow cooker, and drizzle generously with olive oil
- Add the paprika, cumin, oregano and then pour over orange juice and lime juice
- Add garlic cloves and chilli, and then season with salt and pepper to your liking
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours (TIP: You can also yours for 12-16 hours for extra deliciousness!) until very tender and it easily shreds with a fork
- Toast your brioche buns and spread Yarra Valley Hilltop barbecue sauce onto both sides
- Add coleslaw, pulled pork to the buns, and drizzle extra sauce on top!
- Enjoy!
Note: I usually make a large batch of the pulled pork and freeze it or keep for meals during the week. You can easily scale up or scale down this recipe to enjoy with Yarra Valley Hilltop Barbecue Sauce however you like!
