Method
- Slice the pear thinly from top to bottom.
- Brush olive oil on the pita.
- Arrange the pear pieces onto the pita, and brush with any remaining oil.
- Sprinkle generously with grated parmesan.
- Cook in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 220° or until browned.
- Add the prosciutto and bocconcini to the cooked pizza.
- Pour Yarra Valley Hilltop Sweet Chilli sauce over the pizza, slice and enjoy!
