Yarra Valley Hilltop Premium Toppings Giveaway Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter: The promoter is Yarra Valley Hilltop (ABN 82 605 503 473) of 10/143-145 Canterbury Rd, Kilsyth VIC 3137.
2. Competition Period: The competition commences on 1 August 2023 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 30 August 2023.
3. Eligibility: Entry is open to all lawful permanent residents of Australia. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, together with agencies and/or companies associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter. Immediate family refers to spouse, defacto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent).
4. Entry: To enter the competition, entrants must leave a comment describing a recipe they would make with or enjoy with Yarra Valley Premium Toppings on the Yarra Valley Hilltop Facebook or Instagram post that is promoting the competition named “Yarra Valley Hilltop Toppings Giveaway”. Entries are limited to one per person. Any double entries will be removed from the prize draw.
5. Prizes: There are 8 prize packs to be won. Each pack includes 1 of each of the following: Yarra Valley Hilltop Premium Chocolate Topping 250mL, Yarra Valley Hilltop Premium Strawberry Topping 250mL, Yarra Valley Hilltop Premium Salted Caramel Topping 250mL. Each pack is valued at $15 AUD. The promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of a prize occurring during the promotion.
6. Judging: The competition is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity and originality. Judging will be conducted by @‌kinglakefoodworks on or around 3rd September 2023. If for any reason the chosen judge is unable to pick the winners by 14th September, then the retail manager of Yarra Valley Hilltop will pick the winners. The judges’ decision is final in relation to any aspect of the competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification: Winners will be announced on Facebook and Instagram and will receive a reply to their comment and a private message to organise delivery. If we are unable to notify via private message the winner is responsible to private message us within the time period. Winners should respond within 14 days to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond to our notification within this period, the prize will be redrawn.
8. Prize Claim: Prizes will be posted free of charge to any valid Australian address provided by the winners in response to the winner notification message. The promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes lost due to change of address or contact details, and there are no replacement prizes.
9. Unclaimed Prizes: If a prize is not claimed within 14 days of the winner notification, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next best entry.
10. Results Publication: The results will be published on social media and on the website. 
11. Privacy: The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information if a winner. All entries become the property of Yarra Valley Hilltop.
12. Permit: As this competition is skill-based, it does not require a permit under Australian gaming and lottery legislation.

By entering the competition, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
