- Prepare all of your vegetables – chop your cucumber, peel the carrot finely, and slice the avocado.
- Add the salmon, soy sauce, honey and pepper to w bowl with approximately 2 tablespoons of Yarra Valley Hilltop Sweet Chilli Sauce.
- Combine and add the salmon to a hot oiled pan, skin side down.
- After a few minutes (when the skin is crispy) turn the salmon over and baste generously with more sweet chilli sauce.
- Add the rice and vegetables to a bowl, add the salmon on top and garnish with sesame seeds and more sweet chilli sauce as desired.
